About the Company and Role

شركة نوت العقارية is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager / Senior Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the company's real estate marketing and development efforts, focusing on driving sales and managing client relationships for diverse property projects.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing investment strategies for various real estate developments. This role involves direct engagement with clients, offering comprehensive consultations, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from negotiation to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve specified sales targets and contribute to the company's investment strategies.
Manage and market residential, commercial, and administrative real estate projects, engaging with targeted clients, particularly those involved in off-plan sales.
Provide comprehensive real estate and investment consultations to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Oversee sales processes from initial negotiation through to deal closure and contract signing.
Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to propose enhancements for sales solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development company sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan sales.
Demonstrated strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent closing skills.
Possession of an established client base and a robust network within the real estate sector.
Comprehensive understanding of real estate trends, as well as local regulations and legislations.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, for both speaking and writing.
