Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations at the line station to ensure inspection and repair services on aircraft.
- Responsible for dispatching overnight aircraft with a 100% seat functionality guarantee.
- Schedule personnel according to the customer’s flight schedules and ensure proper inventory control.
- Coordinate maintenance activities during overnight holds and manage local administration tasks.
- Engage with external contacts at local airport authorities and maintain robust internal communications.
- May perform onboard maintenance and cover for absent employees.
Qualifications:- Experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance with relevant qualifications.
- 35 years of lead or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have the legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and the ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Physical Requirements:Ability to work in extreme conditions and confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate under various noise levels.
