About the Role

Orelis Global is seeking an AI Program Facilitator to deliver practical AI learning experiences for corporate teams in Riyadh. This full-time, project-based independent facilitator opportunity involves representing Orelis Global to clients and leading engaging sessions that help employees apply AI skills in their daily work.

Role Context

The AI Program Facilitator will work with an international team focused on enabling organizations to integrate AI into their everyday operations. This role involves delivering carefully designed programs for professional audiences, supported by Orelis Global's program materials, delivery standards, and preparation resources.

Responsibilities

Deliver Orelis Global programs to corporate client teams.
Facilitate engaging, hands-on sessions that emphasize participation and workplace application.
Adapt examples and delivery methods to align with the client's business context while maintaining Orelis Global's quality standards.
Create a professional, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for participants.
Represent Orelis Global to a consistently high standard throughout the client engagement.
Share insights gained from program delivery to contribute to the continuous improvement of Orelis Global's programs.

Candidate Profile

Orelis Global is seeking an experienced facilitator with strong communication skills, business credibility, and practical knowledge of AI. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading groups of professionals, explaining concepts clearly, and fostering an environment where participants can experiment, contribute, and learn through practical application.

Required Experience and Skills

Demonstrated experience in corporate training, facilitation, consulting, learning and development, or another client-facing professional environment.
Strong communication skills.
Proven business credibility.
Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
Ability to lead professional groups and explain complex concepts clearly.
Skill in creating an environment conducive to experimentation, contribution, and experiential learning.
