Mnzil is a rapidly expanding prop-tech company operating across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an AR Accountant Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and strong client relationships as the company continues its growth.

Role Summary

The AR Accountant Associate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliations. This position involves proactive follow-up on collections and close collaboration with commercial and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes.
• Record and allocate incoming payments within the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documents.
• Prepare aging reports, collection updates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support month-end closing and revenue reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with commercial and operations teams on billing matters.
• Assist with VAT documentation, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the improvement of invoicing and collection processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage receivables and support collection efforts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
