The platform utilizes proprietary NLU capabilities, developed in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations, to equip various teams with tools for delivering personalized experiences that drive measurable improvements. We are seeking a Government Account Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on full-time engagement within the public sector.

The Role's Strategic Importance

This role is central to Lucidya's expansion within the Saudi Arabian public sector, aligning with Vision 2030's focus on digital transformation and citizen experience. As a Government Account Executive, you will collaborate with ministries and public institutions to understand their objectives and introduce AI-driven solutions that support data-driven decision-making. The position involves operating within structured procurement environments, engaging multiple stakeholders, and fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage government revenue targets and drive sustainable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within public sector accounts.
• Identify and develop opportunities proactively, prior to formal RFP issuance.
• Lead complete sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping, discovery, solution positioning, Proof of Concept (PoC) coordination, RFP submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Navigate Etimad and formal procurement processes with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate and lead PoCs that demonstrate measurable impact for ministries and public institutions.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and executive sponsors.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of government clients, with a preference for a minimum of 5 strategic accounts.
• Ensure high pipeline quality and accurate forecasting, recognizing the discipline required for government sales cycles.
• Address objections related to compliance, data privacy, security, and public accountability effectively.
• Continuously update knowledge on regulatory frameworks, procurement updates, and competitive positioning within the government ecosystem.
• Focus on achieving strategic public sector partnerships, successful PoCs, and long-term contract value.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Possess 4+ years of experience in government or public sector technology sales.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals with government entities, with verifiable proof of performance.
• In-depth understanding of government procurement processes, including Etimad, RFP cycles, compliance documentation, and approvals.
• Experience working within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proactive approach to building positioning early, rather than waiting for tenders.
• Ability to communicate complex AI solutions clearly, structured, and credibly.
• Detail-oriented and structured, with strong emphasis on documentation, compliance, and follow-through.
• Collaborative and effective in coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams.
• Experience in analytics, CX platforms, AI, or social listening solutions is highly preferred.
