About The Clinics and the Role

The Clinics is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial operations. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for performing and managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing essential accounting entries and reconciliations. This position involves monitoring revenues and expenses, supporting the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring strict adherence to the company’s financial policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Record, review, and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
Ensure all accounting transactions are supported by accurate and complete documentation.
Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Review invoices, payment requests, and financial claims before processing.
Prepare and perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
Monitor and record company revenues, expenses, and other financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and review account reconciliations and statements on a regular basis.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
Review financial documents to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing the required financial records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with other departments to obtain and provide required financial information.

Required Experience and Skills

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
Proven ability to manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in preparing reconciliations and supporting financial closing processes.

Professional Standards and Compliance

The Accountant must ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role demands strict confidentiality of all financial and company information, adherence to company policies and procedures, and the performance of all duties professionally and accurately.
