CEER Motors is establishing Saudi Arabia's first homegrown electric vehicle brand. We are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Senior Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position includes a full relocation package and is critical for shaping the prototyping and manufacturing processes for the next generation of vehicles within our Machining Centre.

Role Overview

The Additive Manufacturing Senior Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining composite and metal (Aluminum) 3D printing systems. This role supports prototype part manufacturing and advanced research projects, focusing on developing and implementing process controls to ensure quality. The specialist will also contribute to material development, optimization, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate metal and composite 3D printers using various technologies as part of the Additive Manufacturing team.
• Prepare, slice, and optimize build files utilizing CAD and slicing software, with a preference for Siemens NX and 3DXpert.
• Monitor and control all aspects of machine operation.
• Conduct part inspection, calibration, and post-processing, including depowdering and heat treatment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with process engineers and other teams to enhance print strategies, build orientation, and support generation.
• Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance in accordance with ATEX standards.
• Manage material inventory and support material selection and development based on internal customer requirements.
• Manage turnkey jobs and projects, working with internal customers to plan, develop, and deliver work that meets their specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating industrial metal 3D printers.
• Demonstrated experience in additive manufacturing, including design for additive manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, ideally Siemens NX.
• Experience with build preparation and slicing software.
• Experience handling metal powders and performing post-processing operations.
• Experience with electromechanical systems, including drives, actuators, and motion control.
