About the Admissions Counselor Role

UpGrad International is seeking an Admissions Counselor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves guiding prospective students through their higher education journey, assisting them in selecting appropriate academic programs, and contributing to the achievement of enrollment and revenue targets. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an education advisor to prospective students interested in international higher education opportunities.
• Counsel students on suitable academic programs based on their educational background, career aspirations, and goals.
• Manage the complete admissions sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to counseling, application support, enrollment, and post-enrollment engagement.
• Conduct consultations via phone, video calls, and virtual presentations to effectively communicate program value.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM systems.
• Stay updated on university partners, admission requirements, visa processes, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience throughout the admission journey.
