Cognita Schools is building a talent pool for future Admissions and Parent Experience Executive opportunities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on leading the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and championing a high-quality parent experience. The position involves working with prospective and current families to ensure a seamless and emotionally resonant experience aligned with the school’s ethos and values.

Role Purpose and Context

The Admissions and Parent Experience Executive is responsible for managing the admissions process and enhancing parent engagement. This includes collaborating with the Central Cognita Hub team to improve conversion rates and parent communications. The role also involves designing and delivering events that build connections and long-term relationships with families. Candidates should be strategic and empathetic professionals capable of anticipating parent needs and collaborating across teams to deliver a consistent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance parent satisfaction and engagement, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage the front-of-house reception team, ensuring high standards of customer service and team training.
• Organize events to foster family involvement and strengthen the school community.
• Oversee the admissions process to ensure efficiency and maintain conversion rates.
• Support the implementation of processes for new joiner onboarding, withdrawals, recruitment events, and re-registration.
• Analyze admissions activities and retention KPIs to support organic growth strategies.
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as open houses, assessment days, and transition events.
• Execute and refine retention strategies, utilizing feedback and performance data for improvement.
• Engage in proactive relationship-building with families and act as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall student and family experience.
• Ensure quality and responsiveness in all parent communications.
• Track and manage prospective student data using CRM and ISAMS systems.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new students.
• Lead and inspire the admissions and parent experience team to achieve enrolment targets and new joiner retention.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within an educational setting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a customer-focused role.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to listen empathetically and address family needs and concerns.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within an expanding premium education group. The role involves working across various schools in Saudi Arabia, including Kings College Riyadh and Downe House Riyadh.
