About the Role

McKinsey & Company is seeking a full-time Analyst IT Services to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to our Global Provisioning Capabilities within the Global TechHubs function and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT services or logistics.

Role Context and Purpose

The Analyst IT Services will operate from our Riyadh office, contributing to the Global Provisioning Capabilities within the Global TechHubs function. This role supports the Tech Hub's mission to deliver comprehensive IT equipment support, logistics, and hardware life-cycle management. Key service lines include new hire setups, migrations, loaner equipment, break-fix solutions, and quick ship services for McKinsey colleagues in the specified location or region.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, configuring, restoring, and shipping IT equipment.
• Managing all processes related to warehousing and materials, including monitoring and optimizing inventory levels and refilling inventories.
• Handling purchasing activities such as obtaining offers, submitting orders, reviewing order confirmations, and tracking adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Maintaining inventory management systems and optimizing existing sourcing and service processes.
• Updating asset warehouse and ticket management systems.
• Packaging, labeling, and shipping IT equipment.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

This role involves significant interaction with various IT groups, including coordination, office IT, and the product team, as well as external vendors. The primary objective of these interactions is to ensure an efficient supply chain of IT assets for the Riyadh office. Additionally, the Analyst will engage directly with colleagues to coordinate equipment deliveries and address their support needs or inquiries.
