Role Summary

Folk Maritime is seeking a Full-time IT Support Analyst to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This position is crucial for providing comprehensive technical support, managing IT assets, and administering key services to maintain an optimal IT environment across our offices.

Core Purpose of the Role

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for delivering first- and second-line technical assistance, overseeing endpoint management, and actively contributing to the enforcement of company IT and cybersecurity policies. The primary goal is to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT infrastructure for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for employees and office systems.
• Set up laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and user accounts for new joiners, and support offboarding activities.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage user access, password resets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, software updates, and Microsoft Defender.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licensing.
• Monitor and escalate IT and security incidents, and support the implementation of IT and cybersecurity policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support IT projects.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar technical role. A proven track record of managing IT assets and providing technical assistance is essential.

Technical Environment and Skills

Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID, is required. Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and Microsoft Defender will be key to success in this role. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues are also necessary.
