About the Role

Fair Value is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves a blend of business analysis, system implementation, process improvement, and application support. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a related field, contributing to the operational efficiency and system functionality within the organization.

Role Overview

The Application Support Specialist will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and ensuring the smooth operation of business applications. This position requires coordination with various teams and vendors to implement system enhancements and provide comprehensive user training. Experience with ERP, HCM, HR, Finance, and system integrations is highly valued for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to identify system needs and improvements.
Improve operational processes through effective system solutions.
Provide ongoing support for business applications.
Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for system implementations and issue resolution.
Test system enhancements to ensure functionality and performance.
Conduct training sessions for users on new and updated systems.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, process improvement, or application support.
Demonstrated experience with ERP, HCM, HR, and Finance systems.
Familiarity with system integrations is highly desirable.
