About the Cooperative Training Program

Ezdihar Real Estate offers a Cooperative Training (Coop) opportunity for an Architecture student in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship provides practical experience in real estate development, architectural design, and project coordination. The trainee will work with experienced professionals to develop technical skills and understand real-world design and construction workflows, contributing to residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. This program is designed to provide a foundation for a professional career in architecture and real estate development.

Key Training Areas and Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in developing conceptual designs, schematic designs, and design development packages.
• Support the preparation of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and design coordination meetings.
• Assist in developing 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for project presentations and marketing materials.
• Support the preparation of construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Assist in the development of technical specifications, material schedules, and finish boards.
• Participate in project coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and architectural installations.
• Assist in reviewing contractor submittals, material samples, and mock-ups.
• Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, sustainable design practices, and innovative building technologies.
• Assist in space planning, programming, and feasibility studies for new development projects.
• Support general administrative tasks related to design documentation, filing, and project correspondence.
