About the Role

Almosafer is seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis for a full-time position based in Riyadh. This role is central to the company's financial planning and budgeting cycle, serving as a strategic hub to support Almosafer’s IPO readiness. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for building the 5-year business plan, managing the governance of rolling forecasts, and ensuring financial modeling is driver-based and investor-ready. This position focuses on moving beyond data collection to provide critical insights for executive decision-making.

Budgeting and Forecasting Leadership

The Assistant Manager will lead and manage the company's core financial planning processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the three-phase budget approach, encompassing preparation, top-down allocation, and deep-dive analysis.
• Building and maintaining a centralized, dynamic three-statement financial model, ensuring it is fully driver-based and integrated with business plans.
• Managing official quarterly forecasting processes.
• Establishing clear timelines and templates for Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and documenting 'lessons learned' to continuously refine forecasting accuracy.

IPO Readiness and Performance Analysis

This role involves critical contributions to Almosafer's strategic initiatives and financial performance insights:

• Maintaining a comprehensive, dynamic IPO-ready business plan that is assumption-driven and capable of complex sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Acting as the technical lead for IPO due diligence, providing accurate, advisor-ready financial data and reconciliations for external stakeholder validation.
• Conducting detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budgets/Forecasts) to identify the root causes of performance shifts.
• Designing a Monthly Performance Intelligence Package that integrates P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet data to provide a macro view of company health alongside operational deep-dives.
• Supporting the development of a centralized financial dataset to serve as the single source of truth for all corporate finance reporting.

Process Improvement and Digitalization

The Assistant Manager will drive efficiency and technological advancement within financial processes:

• Formalizing the budget process by creating structured templates that facilitate smooth input from Finance Business Partners into consolidated outputs.
• Leading the digitalization of management reports via Tableau, advancing the team towards AI-enabled variance commentary and predictive analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in finance planning and analysis or a related field, demonstrating a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic financial support.
