Assistant Manager Network Security

About the Role

Team Saudi is seeking an Assistant Manager, Network Security to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the operational management of network security platforms that protect the organization’s infrastructure, connectivity services, and digital environments. The position focuses on ensuring secure network communication, controlled access to enterprise systems, and effective enforcement of network security policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational administration of enterprise network security platforms, ensuring proper configuration, maintenance, and monitoring to enforce network protection policies.
• Manage enterprise firewall platforms, maintaining network traffic inspection policies and enforcing segmentation controls.
• Administer secure remote access platforms and operational security controls for remote connectivity services.
• Support operational management of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) services.
• Implement and enforce network segmentation policies, collaborating with network operations teams.
• Administer Network Access Control (NAC) platforms, ensuring access policies are applied correctly.
• Support operational management of email security gateway platforms, maintaining filtering policies to mitigate threats.
• Monitor network security platforms and support detection and response to suspicious network activity.
• Investigate and resolve network security incidents, supporting response coordination.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure network security controls support enterprise platforms.
• Maintain documentation related to network security infrastructure platforms, configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the Network & Security Operations team and provide cross-functional support across network, endpoint, and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate with vendors supporting security technologies and assist in managing vendor support cases.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity teams and internal stakeholders to ensure security operations align with organizational policies.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in network security or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise network security technologies including firewall platforms, secure access services, and network access control systems.
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, system security, and cloud teams.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. The Assistant Manager, Network Security will collaborate closely with infrastructure, system security, and cloud teams to ensure network security controls are consistently implemented across enterprise environments.
