Role Overview: Assistant Manager - SDO

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Assistant Manager - SDO to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the Strategy Delivery Office (SDO) in facilitating and coordinating projects that align with the vision and operational strategy of the company's initiatives. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with overall goals and to promote efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic operational initiatives within the SDO.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support strategic planning sessions by providing insights and recommendations to enhance project success and impact.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in strategic development or project management.
• Prior experience in a large-scale development or entertainment project is preferred.
