About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist SDO to join its Strategy Development Office (SDO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and providing insights to help achieve Qiddiya's vision and business objectives. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, evaluate performance, and develop strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects across the organization.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases to support decision-making by senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate project outcomes.
Assist in identifying risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies to optimize business performance.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant industry developments and innovations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in strategy development, business analysis, or project management.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Senior Specialist will work within the Strategy Development Office, collaborating with various internal teams and senior leadership to support Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
