The Role: Associate / Senior Associate, Investment Banking Advisory

Mulkia Investment is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Investment Banking Advisory team in Riyadh. This full-time role serves as a critical analytical component of the deal team, primarily focusing on financial modeling, transaction document drafting, and due diligence coordination for active M&A mandates. The specific title offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, including LBO, DCF, Merger Models, and 3-statement forecasting models.
• Draft comprehensive deal materials such as Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), teasers, management presentations, and valuation reports.
• Coordinate data rooms, manage due diligence inquiries, and facilitate communication with buyers and sellers throughout transactions.
• Conduct market research using financial tools like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and FactSet to analyze industry trends and public comparable companies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience within Investment Banking Advisory or a dedicated Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory team (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
• Strong academic background is essential; an MBA or progress toward a CFA designation is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated mastery of financial modeling skills and deep familiarity with corporate valuation techniques.

This is a full-time position based in Mulkia Investment's headquarters in Riyadh. The role involves working closely within a dedicated deal team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on financial advisory services.
