About the Role

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Contract Associate Manager to join its Legal and Commercial Services team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to Accenture's mission as a leading global professional services company that helps transform organizations and communities. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

The Contract Management Function

Contract Management is a vital part of Accenture's Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals translate innovative ideas into commercial reality, focusing on maximizing value for all parties by deeply understanding legal, business, and commercial risks. We collaborate with Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle, providing high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. This function is critical for achieving legal and commercial outcomes for priority engagements and portfolios, including sales growth, revenue protection, margin improvement, and compliance with contract obligations and Accenture policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support contract management teams across projects and accounts.
• Work with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs, priorities, account strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
• Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff across multiple projects and accounts.
• Support the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues, collaborating with Contract Management and project leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in pre-award sales activities and discussions with delivery teams regarding potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes, including contract drafting support.
• Build trusted relationships with client counterparts as a client-facing contract management professional.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in contract management or a related professional field.
• Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (previously International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM)) or the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is considered a plus.
• Professional certification in contract management is also considered a plus.

Work Environment
