Role Summary

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking an Associate Mktplace Consultant (Level 3), 3P Softlines, to join its Third-Party Marketplace team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, phone/email-based business evaluation, and supporting the launch of new sellers. The objective is to make products available to millions of Amazon customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants for targeted Brands & Product Types via phone/email or field visits.
• Identify key selection addition opportunities for targeted brands/product types by spotting popular trends to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan.
• Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in the portfolio, using key metrics to guide work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Amazon tools and services to ensure efficient adoption across sellers.
• Work closely with selling partners, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.

Partner Engagement

The consultant will build strong relationships and explore win-win opportunities with partners, helping them grow their business on Amazon. This involves active collaboration to foster a productive environment for third-party sellers.

Platform Enhancement

A key aspect of this role involves incorporating feedback from sellers into new opportunities. This contributes to improving Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all 3rd party sellers, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience. Success in this role requires superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills. The ability to operate autonomously and take full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives is essential.
