Role Overview: Associate Creative Director (Art)

BigTime Creative Shop is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art) for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This role is for a leader who shapes ideas and inspires teams to create work that achieves global recognition. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in creative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for key accounts, from initial concept to final execution.
• Translate strategic and creative opportunities into bold ideas that connect with audiences and extend beyond traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, strategy, production, and leadership to develop ambitious and well-crafted ideas.
• Lead and mentor creative teams, encouraging them to develop their thinking, refine their craft, and enhance work quality.
• Actively present and elevate creative work to clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative leadership roles within global or top-tier agencies.
• Demonstrated background across film, digital, social, and innovation.
• A portfolio showcasing strong creative thinking, craft, and award-winning work.
• Experience working on global brands and/or large-scale campaigns.
• Ability to transform insights and strategy into culturally relevant and creatively ambitious ideas.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge, inspire, and elevate work.
• A hands-on creative mindset with a strong eye for art direction, craft, and execution.
