IHCC is seeking a BIM Modeler Fit Out to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for developing and maintaining architectural fit-out BIM models, ensuring coordination across various disciplines, and producing accurate construction documentation.

Role Summary

The BIM Modeler Fit Out will be responsible for the detailed development and management of BIM models specifically for interior fit-out projects. This role involves close collaboration with design and construction teams to ensure model accuracy, compliance with project standards, and timely delivery of essential documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural fit-out BIM models, including partitions, ceilings, finishes, joinery/millwork, and FF&E layouts, in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate model updates with the BIM Coordinator and Design Manager to reflect design revisions, detailing, and fit-out sequencing.
• Perform clash detection with MEP and structural models, monitor coordination issues, and support timely resolution.
• Produce quantity take-offs, finish schedules, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for procurement and site execution.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and company BIM protocols.
• Support construction and design teams by providing coordinated and accurate BIM deliverables.
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler – Fit-Out on interior fit-out projects.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in architectural detailing, BIM coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing production.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and FF&E coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
