BMS Project Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer

About the Role

KAFOU is seeking an experienced BMS Project Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves executing testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Building Management System (BMS) projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Role Overview

The BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive testing and commissioning of BMS systems. This includes verifying field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations, as well as conducting functional performance testing. The role requires coordination with various project stakeholders and the preparation of detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
• Verify field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations.
• Conduct functional performance testing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients during commissioning activities.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and handover packages.
• Support site activities, system optimization, and issue resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex BMS issues.
