About the Role

LeadXC Global is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join its growing Digital Solutions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Contribution

The Backend Software Engineer will play a key part in a collaborative environment, working alongside product, data, and engineering teams. This role focuses on building reliable and efficient solutions, ensuring that applications meet both functional and performance requirements within the broader system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and application features using Java.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions meet both functional and performance requirements.
• Apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to improving system performance and reducing technical debt.
• Work closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver aligned solutions.
• Support integration with broader system architecture and platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on backend development.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Java is required.
