This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to a venue that blends Saudi heritage with refined hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Supervisor to ensure exceptional event experiences within this distinguished setting in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for the effective oversight of all banquet operations at The Red Palace. This involves ensuring the seamless execution of events, maintaining high service standards, and delivering unparalleled guest experiences. The role requires supervision of banquet staff, coordination with various hotel departments, and adherence to established operational procedures and company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff during event setup, service, and breakdown, providing coaching and on-the-job training.
• Ensure staff adherence to service standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of banquets, conferences, weddings, and other events.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, kitchen, F&B, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth event operations.
• Monitor event timelines, service flow, and guest satisfaction throughout all functions.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, ensuring all equipment and décor are correctly in place.
• Monitor inventory of banquet supplies, linens, and equipment, reporting any shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Assist the Banquet Manager in scheduling, reporting, and operational planning.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in banquet or events operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
