Rgheeb is seeking a Lead Brand Designer to drive the development and evolution of its brand identity. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an experienced professional to spearhead brand strategy and visual systems.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Lead Brand Designer will be responsible for crafting compelling brand strategies and visual systems designed to resonate with the target audience and differentiate Rgheeb in the marketplace. This leadership role involves guiding a team of designers, collaborating with various departments, and overseeing all aspects of brand design to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in branding and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of brand identities and visual systems.
• Design and oversee the creation of packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Develop, refine, and maintain the overall brand strategy and visual identity.
• Drive the creation and implementation of comprehensive brand guidelines across all brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team, fostering cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions.
• Manage multiple brands, projects, timelines, and priorities effectively, ensuring quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.
• Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail in all design outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand design, with proven leadership or management roles.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative leadership.
