About the Role

Sweater is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to leading the development, positioning, and expansion of our brand.

Role Purpose

The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and executing operational and marketing strategies, developing franchise opportunities, and driving sustainable business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of branding, business development, and market expansion, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the car wash, car care, or related service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the overall brand identity and market presence.
• Create and implement operational and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand growth and expansion initiatives across different markets and channels.
• Develop and enhance the franchise model, including franchise documentation and operational frameworks.
• Build scalable growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar strategic marketing role.
• Strong experience in brand development and business expansion.
• Experience in creating operational and marketing strategies.
• Experience in franchise development and management is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the car wash, automotive care, or related industries is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
