About the Opportunity

Antal International is seeking a Breast Cancer Consultant to join a leading Hospital & Research Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a specialized multidisciplinary breast cancer service, providing comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Role Overview

As a Consultant specializing in Breast Cancer, you will deliver expert clinical care across the entire breast cancer pathway. This includes diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, and follow-up for patients with complex breast malignancies. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment strategies and implement contemporary breast cancer treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality breast cancer care to patients.
• Offer expert consultation and management for complex breast cancer cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer tumor boards and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with current evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
• Provide consultative services as requested.
• Participate in clinical trials, research activities, and the development of breast cancer treatment protocols.
• Actively contribute to the training and teaching of residents, fellows, and junior medical staff.
• Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and advancement of breast cancer services.
• Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
• Adhere to all hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in breast cancer specialization.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing comprehensive, evidence-based breast cancer care.
• Experience in clinical research, education, and service development.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a prestigious hospital and research center. The position involves working within a specialized multidisciplinary team dedicated to breast cancer services.
