About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a Brokerage Services Support Specialist to join the Moomoo team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting local and overseas customers, ensuring they effectively utilize the Moomoo brokerage platform. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves direct interaction with clients in both Arabic and English.

This combination provides users with enhanced data, tools, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to local and overseas customers/clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, in both Arabic and English.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and fully utilize product features to achieve their business goals.
• Identify and qualify potential opportunities for account expansion, upgrades, or cross-sells during routine customer interactions.
• Assist customers/clients with trading account registration and verification processes.
• Provide consultation services on the trading platform, tools, and features, addressing any technical or operational issues encountered.
• Resolve customer/client concerns and questions promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases as necessary.
• Assist in handling and resolving customer complaint cases escalated from frontline channels, ensuring timely follow-up and proper case closure.
• Ensure proper recording, filing, and organization of customer feedback and suggestions.
• Contribute to the development of customer service processes, knowledge bases, and training materials.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant support or brokerage services role.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English for effective customer interaction.

Working Conditions

The role requires the ability to work according to assigned shifts, which may include evening, night, and weekend shifts. A shift allowance will be provided for evening and night shifts respectively.
