About the Internship

DSM Grup is offering an internship opportunity for a Business Development / Category Management Graduate in Riyadh. This role is within Trendyol Core Commerce, which focuses on developing data-driven strategies for growth and global expansion. The internship provides hands-on experience in seller operations and performance management within the Category Teams.

Role Overview

As a Business Development/Category Management Graduate, you will support seller partners and contribute to their success on the platform. This involves applying a data-driven mindset and strong communication skills to onboard new sellers, expand product selections, and analyze performance data to provide insights. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sellers with onboarding tasks, including order processing, reporting, and listing management.
• Drive selection expansion by assisting sellers with completing listing templates.
• Monitor daily sales and end-to-end supply chain operations, including deliveries and returns.
• Provide weekly performance feedback to sellers to enhance operational excellence.
