About the Business Development Manager Role

RAWAJ is seeking a Business Development Manager - AI / Software Development to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners across Saudi Arabia, with the primary goal of building new business for the company. The role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities for strategic planning, and a demonstrated capacity to execute business development strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored for the Saudi market.
• Identify and actively pursue new B2B opportunities across relevant industry sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead generation through to contract closure.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs and expectations are consistently met.
• Monitor prevailing market trends and analyze competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Represent the company professionally at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the technology or enterprise solutions sector.

Essential Skills and Market Knowledge

• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or data-driven technologies.
• Demonstrated experience working with government or enterprise clients within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Proven experience in the Saudi market, coupled with a solid understanding of local business practices.
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities for effective planning and strategy execution.
