Role Overview

Triplica is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is suitable for a recent graduate or a professional with 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will focus on expanding the company's reach, driving strategic growth, and increasing the client base by identifying new investment opportunities and building strong relationships within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sectors.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical companies, insurance providers, and governmental medical facilities.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand medical consultation and medicolegal services.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop a marketing plan aligned with growth strategies.
• Achieve revenue targets and monitor business performance indicators.
• Represent the company at sector events, conferences, and professional networking opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws specific to the health and legal sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Health Insurance.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or with no more than 5 years of experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand medicolegal and healthcare services.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
