Job Summary

COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new business development in IT Outsourcing and IT Solutions across Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring 5-10 years of experience. Candidates locally available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Managed IT Services.
• Promote Digital Transformation solutions.
• Develop business for ERP solutions.
• Focus on Enterprise Solutions sales.
• Expand sales in Cloud Solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience, typically 4–8 years, in IT sales, IT outsourcing, or technology solutions sales.
• Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, and solution-based selling.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and client acquisition.
• Hands-on experience selling into the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong network and understanding of local business culture and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Work Location

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Local candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
