About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to transforming raw data into actionable business insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Role Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end process of designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards, analytical models, and robust reporting systems. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring data accuracy and delivering clear findings to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Query, extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from disparate systems utilizing SQL and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics relevant to business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting layers and tools used within the organization.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks, presenting findings clearly to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or data engineering.

Technical Skills

• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expert-level skill in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is considered a plus.
