The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to direct, control, and effectively manage van sales operations within assigned territories. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and focuses on achieving budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products through continuous monitoring and review of team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products to ensure the company’s profit objectives are met.
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume and margin.
• Oversee van sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Continuously review and evaluate team performance against established goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or poultry sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales operations and achieve financial targets.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating team performance.
