The Opportunity: HR Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking an HR Officer for its Sales division in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed to enhance employee personnel services within the sales department by managing various documents and preparing performance reports. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for individuals at the start of their HR career.

Key Responsibilities

Review medical requests to ensure compliance with company policy.
Verify bank loan applications to confirm employee eligibility.
Analyze school fee invoices to ensure entitlements are met and claims align with policy.
Verify salary documents for new and trial employees from various regions to ensure timely month-end payments.
Analyze termination and final payment requests from regions, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
