The Role: Personnel Manager

Almarai is seeking a Personnel Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing and achieving HR objectives, ensuring alignment with relevant local regulations and Group Personnel Policies and Procedures. The role also involves providing essential support to the personnel and administrative functions within the assigned Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve HR objectives in accordance with relevant local regulations.
• Ensure all personnel activities adhere to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Provide comprehensive support to the personnel functions of the Division.
• Offer administrative support to the Division's administrative functions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in personnel or human resources management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR objectives effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations and corporate personnel policies and procedures.
