We are seeking a Personnel Manager to join our team in Riyadh, contributing to our sustained growth and operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Personnel Manager will be responsible for managing and achieving human resources objectives. This involves ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations and adherence to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures. The role also provides essential support to the personnel and administrative functions within the assigned Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve HR objectives in alignment with established goals.
• Ensure all personnel activities comply with local regulations.
• Adhere strictly to Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Provide comprehensive support to the personnel functions of the Division.
• Offer administrative support to the Division as required.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in personnel management or a similar human resources role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
