The Role: Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety within the company's poultry manufacturing operations. The manager will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive compliance with company policies and contributing to the achievement of divisional business and quality objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure the poultry factory site's full compliance with the company's Safety Policy and Quality Policy.
• Manage all quality-related processes, personnel, and resources within the poultry division.
• Oversee adherence to the Divisional Quality Management System.
• Contribute to the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science.
• Formal qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, or AIBI.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Essential Knowledge and Background

• Strong knowledge of microbiology.
• Background in food manufacturing, with a specialization in poultry.
