About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a dedicated Cashier Waiter to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position combines direct guest service with essential financial transaction management, playing a crucial role in the daily operations of a dining establishment. Role Overview

The Cashier Waiter is central to providing an excellent dining experience, encompassing both front-of-house service and efficient point-of-sale operations. This dual responsibility requires a proactive individual capable of managing guest interactions professionally while accurately handling all payment processes. The role ensures that the dining environment remains welcoming and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Present menus clearly and offer detailed recommendations to enhance the guest's selection.
• Accurately take and record food and beverage orders from guests.
• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate serving of meals and drinks.
• Process various financial transactions, including cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments, using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment throughout the dining area, adhering to hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should have 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally combining waiting and cashier duties. A strong aptitude for customer interaction and basic understanding of POS systems are beneficial. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism is required.
