About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking a Channel Team Lead - Saudi National, Hub Delivery to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for leading and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) focused on onboarding and managing local retail partners for Amazon's Hub Delivery program. The Channel Team Lead will ensure that ADEs meet activation and performance targets while upholding Amazon's delivery standards, acting as a coach and problem-solver in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
Provide hands-on coaching to ADEs in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence within the team.
Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
Identify systemic issues within assigned territories and implement corrective action plans.
Collaborate with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
Provide consolidated field insights to contribute to improvements in program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring leadership in a field execution context. The role involves working with a team of Account Development Executives and collaborating with various internal departments to achieve program objectives and maintain delivery standards.
