About the Opportunity

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to join a dynamic tech company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience who can drive operational excellence and strategic execution within a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will work in close collaboration with the executive leadership team, playing a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring efficient company scaling. This position involves managing cross-functional projects, facilitating communication between departments, and contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and executive team in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and track the progress of projects across product, engineering, marketing, and other teams.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among different departments to ensure organizational goals are met.
• Manage meetings, agendas, and follow-up processes to ensure timely completion of action items.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to improve workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or a similar strategic/operations role within a tech company or fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools (*, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
