The Role of City Operations Manager, Riyadh

Drovox is seeking a City Operations Manager for its Riyadh operations. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational activities within the city. The role involves managing the local operational landscape to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local supply and demand dynamics to ensure passenger needs are consistently met through effective Hero (driver) onboarding, support, and performance management.
• Monitor key operational metrics, identify potential issues, and implement data-informed solutions to enhance reliability, service quality, and safety across all operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer experience, marketing, and partnerships, to successfully roll out local initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements.
• Lead and manage local operational teams, fostering engagement and collaboration, while also interacting with external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal company standards and policies.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the mobility, logistics, or technology sectors. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex operational workflows, lead teams, and engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. A strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven problem-solving is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The City Operations Manager will work within a dynamic and technology-driven environment, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of Drovox's services in the region.
