Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the company's city assets.

The Role of Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational performance and coordination of Qiddiya's diverse city assets. This position serves as a critical link between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that all city operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with established guest experience standards and operational readiness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily city operations across multiple assets, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to operational KPIs.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational policies across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Act as a primary coordination point between the City Command Unit, Security, Fire & Life Safety, Facilities, and asset-level operational teams.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
• Support the planning and execution of major events, seasonal activations, and phased asset openings from an operational readiness perspective.
• Lead or contribute to operational readiness assessments, pre-opening checklists, and testing & commissioning activities.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for operational services, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a large-scale asset or city operations environment. A proven track record in coordinating complex operational activities and driving performance improvements is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on the development and operation of Qiddiya's city assets.
