The Role of City Operations Manager, Riyadh

Drovox is seeking a City Operations Manager for its Riyadh operations. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational activities within the city. The role involves managing the local operational landscape to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage local supply and demand dynamics to ensure passenger needs are consistently met through effective Hero (driver) onboarding, support, and performance management.
Monitor key operational metrics, identify potential issues, and implement data-informed solutions to enhance reliability, service quality, and safety across all operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer experience, marketing, and partnerships, to successfully roll out local initiatives, campaigns, and process improvements.
Lead and manage local operational teams, fostering engagement and collaboration, while also interacting with external stakeholders as required.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal company standards and policies.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the mobility, logistics, or technology sectors. The role requires a proven ability to manage complex operational workflows, lead teams, and engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. A strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven problem-solving is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The City Operations Manager will work within a dynamic and technology-driven environment, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of Drovox's services in the region.
