About the Role

Jisr Human Capital is recruiting for a Collections Manager to join a leading retail company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing and optimizing debt collection processes within the retail sector.

Role Overview

The Collections Manager will be responsible for leading collection efforts, managing outstanding debts, and implementing strategies to enhance collection rates while minimizing bad debt. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in retail collections and a proven track record of success in this field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement collection strategies to achieve set targets.
• Monitor outstanding debts and work to accelerate collection processes.
• Manage the collections team and foster their performance development.
• Negotiate with customers to find suitable solutions for outstanding payments.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance indicators and collection rates.
• Coordinate with financial and sales departments to limit the increase in outstanding debts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the collections field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Manager within Saudi Arabia.
• Mandatory experience within retail companies.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable management.
• Experience in handling bad debts and developing effective recovery plans.

Skills and Tools

• High-level leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs.
