About the Role

Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a Collector - B2B to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for managing collections and maintaining customer relationships across corporate, institutional, and HORECA channels. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collection and receivables processes for assigned B2B customers, ensuring timely payments and account reconciliation.
• Conduct daily field visits and direct interactions with customers to follow up on outstanding balances, address billing issues, and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintain customer payment histories, credit limits, and updated account records.
• Analyze aging reports, identify risks, and proactively engage with customers to mitigate overdue balances.
• Provide accurate weekly collection forecasts and status updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar collection role.
• Demonstrated detail-orientation and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage collection processes and reconcile accounts effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction and internal team collaboration.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The position involves daily field visits to customers as part of the collection process.
