About the Role: Commercial Manager - Bakery

MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking a Commercial Manager - Bakery to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for coordinating with buyers and supporting purchasing activities for MAF Retail. The Commercial Manager will also assist in the selection and examination of products for store shelves, catalogues, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
Lead sales planning, pricing, promotions, and business development initiatives.
Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, retail chains, and food service customers.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports.
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers and partners.
Lead and develop the commercial team to drive high performance and business growth.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, coordinating with various internal teams and external partners to achieve commercial objectives.
