Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to managing commercial and contractual administration within our infrastructure and utility projects, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale developments.

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day commercial and contractual administration for assigned infrastructure and utility packages. This involves ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial and contractual matters, as well as supporting broader commercial administration across various work packages. The role requires a strong understanding of contractual processes and risk management in a project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial and contractual administration for the assigned scope of work.
• Review contractor valuations, variations, and cost reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Support comprehensive contract administration, including managing contractual correspondence and change processes.
• Coordinate effectively with the Senior Cost Manager and Commercial Director on matters related to commercial risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management.
• Demonstrated regional experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC, specifically on infrastructure and utility projects.
