We are seeking a Compliance Operation Manager GCC to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Compliance Operation Manager GCC serves as the operational compliance partner for Sobi's GCC business, acting as a key extension of the MENAT Compliance function. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of the Sobi Compliance Program across GCC markets. A primary focus is on operational compliance excellence, audit and inspection readiness, third-party risk management (TPRM), documentation governance, compliance monitoring, and local regulatory intelligence. The position works closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant business operations while promoting a culture of integrity and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day compliance guidance and practical support to business teams across GCC markets.
• Support the implementation of global and regional compliance initiatives, promoting a strong culture of ethics, transparency, and accountability.
• Drive affiliate and distributor audit readiness activities, ensuring compliance documentation is complete, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Coordinate third-party due diligence activities across GCC, supporting risk assessments and monitoring renewals for distributors, vendors, and other partners.
• Conduct compliance monitoring activities according to approved plans, identify trends and gaps, and prepare monitoring reports with follow-up actions.
• Monitor relevant GCC healthcare compliance developments, track changes in local regulations, industry codes, and SFDA requirements, and prepare periodic intelligence updates.
• Support governance, reviews, and oversight of key distributors and high-risk third parties, including monitoring compliance commitments and supporting training initiatives.
• Coordinate local compliance governance meetings, track action items, and prepare compliance dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership teams.
• Escalate significant compliance matters to the Compliance Director MENAT and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience working within GCC healthcare markets.
• Demonstrated experience with third-party risk management and compliance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance principles, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and industry codes.
• Knowledge of the GCC healthcare regulatory environment, local laws, and data privacy laws.
• Experience with compliance monitoring, audit readiness, due diligence, and third-party risk management processes.

Collaboration and Reporting

This role involves close collaboration with the Compliance Director MENAT and various internal teams including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance. External interfaces include distributors and other third-party partners.
